Installation:

Unzip the contents of Airbus_A340-300_Aigle_Azur.ZIP file to a temporary folder.
Open the unzipped folder "Airbus_A340-300_Aigle_Azur" 
move the unzipped folder "Airbus A340-300 Aigle Azur" folder in Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes
move the unzipped folder "pr_a340" into your FSX\Gauges folder.
